align the cover screw holes.
Insert the primary valve pin the
through the spring and into the

Insert the new primary valve pin
through the previously removed
spring and then into cover plate.

Set the primary diaphragm in
place on the converter body cover
plate. Line up the screw holes to
the cover plate
