Remain quiet, hold your arm

Sleeves of your clothing is rolled
down
Measurements sometimes are
affected by clothing. Roll up the
sleeve and try again
Under pressurized
Cuff is wound loosely
Refer to the manual for the correct
procedure of winding the cuff and
rewind tighter
Cuff may be leaking air
Replace the cuff
Cuff exhausts in a short time
Cuff is wound loosely
When the cuff is wound loose, it
adds pressure to the cuff and
reduces its service life
The device works properly and
the measurements are
accurate but, when Blood
pressure was measured in the
hospital, the readings were
lower than the ones measured
at home
You must have taken
hypotension drugs or the cuff
was not positioned correctly
Hypotension drugs will lower
your blood pressure
The cuff must be in level with
your heart and the monitor must
be placed too high.
No display when turned on
Battery is completely depleted or
the battery polarity is reversed
Check polarity and turn on again. If
still no display replace all 4
batteries
Display screen is wobbling

Battery power is low or not

Press the Start/Stop button and try
again. If problem persists, replace
