In the event cold weather has diminished the
power in the chassis batteries, press the "Batt
Boost" button (located on the driver side

left

hand switch panel) to link the house batteries
with the chassis batteries. In most cases, this will
provide enough energy to start the engine.

COLD WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS

In addition to the normal starting procedure, turn on the Aqua-Hot®
"Engine Preheat" several hours before preparing to leave. This
reduces engine wear and will require less battery power by heating
the engine block and crankcase oil.

NOTE

The Aqua-Hot® Burner or Electric element must be turned on to

engage the engine preheat function.
