Installing ECO607
ECO607 is the wireless thermometer of the Ensto eGuard system. Install ECO607 on an exterior wall of the
building bearing in mind that the device needs a 230VAC supply voltage. When selecting the installation
location, also note that the sensor must be protected from direct sunlight.
Connect the supply line to the screw connectors and close the cover so that its lens is in the correct posi-
tion. Install the housing with the supply line and heat sensor pointing downwards; see fi gure below.
After the thermometer has been installed, connect it to the network as instructed; see 'Connecting de-
vices to a network' on page 25. The red indicator is on when the thermometer is connected to a network
and operates normally. If the thermometer is not connected to any network, the indicator fl ashes yellow.
If you wish to remove the thermometer from the network, switch the power off , connect the pins with a
jumper and switch the power on for approx. 10 seconds. When the yellow indicator is on, the thermometer
has been removed from the network. Switch the power off , remove the jumper and switch the power back
on. The thermometer is now ready to be connected to a new network.
