For Easy-Rake SUPER STAR 16-18-20

 

 

Assembly of the hydraulic circuit for central rods 
(OPTIONAL). 
 

A)  Assemble  the  ½  GAS  male  3-way  fitting 

Pos. 190, in the 5/16 hydraulic hose LG: 550 
mm. Pos. 192. 

B)  Insert  the  hose,  Pos.  192,  between  the 

Ø5/16  LG.  1600  hose  Pos.  191  and  the 
Ø5/16 hose pos. 195, having removed the ½ 
GAS nipple. 

C)  Connect  the  hose  Pos.  192  to  the  hydraulic 

cylinder  Pos.  167  page  40,  via  the  3/8 
throttle screw Pos. 193 

D)  Raise  the  two  star  wheels,  pushing  oil  from 

the  tractor  into  the  hydraulic  hose  Pos.  191 
(all  of the star  wheels of the two frames will 
raise simultaneously). 

E)  Regulate the lift speed of the star wheels via 

the 3/8 GAS throttle valve Pos. 193. 

F)  For  the  road  transport  phase,  block  the  two 

star  wheels  in  high  position  using  the  Ø16
