Adjusting the spray pattern
Setting the spray rate
Turn the spray volume adjusting wheel (12) to
the desired position:
(–) = minimum spray rate; (+) = maximum
spray rate
Selecting a jet type

Undo the union nut (1)
۩
Turn the protruding parts of the nozzle
head (2) so that they point to the desired
symbol on the spray unit (4)

The appliance has the following settings:
Round jet
Vertical flat jet
Horizontal flat jet

Re-tighten the union nut (1).
Press the Trigger (5) lightly for a low speed.
Increasing the pressure increases the speed.
6. Clean and maintenance
WARNING!
Risk of injury. Always switch the appliance off
and remove the battery pack before carrying
out any work on the appliance.
NOTE
∆ Never immerse the paint spray gun
completely in solvent.
∆ Thorough cleaning after every use is
very important for safety and operation.
Otherwise, the needle could get blocked
and proper operation of the appliance can’t
be guaranteed.
∫ Wear suitable gloves when cleaning
∫ After every use, squirt water through the
appliance.
∫ To clean the spray unit (4) , nozzle head (2)
, nozzles (3) and the spray holes inside, use
the supplied cleaning brush (13) , cleaning
needle (14) or a cloth. Never use petrol,
solvents or cleansers which can damage
plastic.
∫ Repair and servicing work not described in
this manual should always be carried by our
service center. Use only original parts.
∫ The appliance must always be kept clean,
dry and free from oil or grease.
∫ Use a soft, a slightly moist cloth to clean
the housing.
∫ Never permit any liquids to enter inside the
appliance. Never use petrol, solvents or
cleansers which can damage the plastic.
∫ If the battery is to be stored for an extended
period, the charge level should be checked
regularly. The optimum charge level is
between 50% and 80%. The optimum
storage environment is cool and dry.
Cleaning/replacing the air filter
Check the air filter (9) regularly, otherwise
malfunctions may occur.

Remove the screws (7) from the air filter
cover (8) .

Remove the air filter cover (8).
۩
Remove the air filter (9) and examine it for
contamination
۩
If necessary, shake out the air filter (9) and
clean it under running water. Leave the air
filter (9) to dry.

Proceed in reverse order in order to
reassemble the appliance.
7. Storage and Transportation
WARNING!
Risk of injury. Always switch the appliance off
and remove the battery pack before storage
and transportation.
Storage
1. Switch the appliance off and remove the
battery pack.
2. Clean the appliance as described.
3. Store the appliance and its accessories in a
dark, dry, frost-free, well-ventilated place.
4. Always store the appliance in a place that is
inaccessible to children.
