9. Troubleshooting
WARNING!
Only perform the steps described within
these instructions. All further inspection,
maintenance and repair work must be
performed by an authorized service center or
a similarly qualified specialist if you cannot
solve the problem yourself. Suspected
malfunctions are often due to causes that the
users can fix themselves. Therefore check the
product using this section. In most cases the
problem can be solved quickly.

Appliance does not start
Battery pack discharged
Recharge the battery
Battery pack not inserted
Insert the battery pack
ON/OFF switch cannot be pressed
properly or defective
Send to the service center for repair
Different charging time
The battery pack is only partly
charged
Re-charge the battery pack
The charger broke
Check the charger, if the charger is
damaged, contact Service Centre.
Battery pack is very cold or hot
Allow the battery pack to return to
the normal ambient temperature,
then recharge
Low or lack of suction
Hose system blocked
Remove the blockages and
obstructions
Suction pipe assembled
incorrectly
Assemble or connection the suction
pipe correctly
Debris tank is full
Empty the tank
Dust or dirt is blow out of
the appliance
Filter is not or not correctly
assembled
Put the filter on or check the correct
position of the filter
