DANGER OF MATERIAL DAMAGE

Place the appliance on a work surface that bears a tempe-
rature of at least 90°C/194°F Do not place the appliance on
delicate surfaces.

Do not pass the iron soleplate on zips or hard materials in
order not to damage it.

When the iron is hot, do not rest it onto the connecting ca-
ble or the power cord. Take special care in ensuring that the
cable and the cord do not come into contact with the sole-
plate when it is hot.

Remove any labels and protections from the soleplate before
using the appliance for the first time.

Do not use sparkling (carbonated) water.

The appliance must only be cleaned with a soft, slightly
damped, cloth after unplugging the appliance and allowing
all its parts to cool down. Never use solvents which may da-
mage the plastic parts.

Do not put the soleplate in contact with metal surfaces.

Always take off the appliance turning the temperature con-
trol knob to “MIN” and disconnect the main plug from the
wall socket before filling the iron with water or pouring the
remaining water out.

Do not pull the power cord to unplug the appliance.
45.
Do not pour vinegar, descales or other scented substances
into the tank. under penalty of the warranty being forfei-
ted.

Do not leave the appliance exposed to weathering ( rain,
sun, etc..).

The anti-scale cartridge purifies water from substances
harmful to the iron, therefore it allows to use ordinary tap
water. The anti-scale cartridge must be replaced every 6-8
months.Damage caused by limescale is not covered by war-
ranty.
