The more open the valve, the lower the suction power and vice versa.
•
Push the valve upwards to open it and downwards to close.
Open the valve to prevent curtains or similar items from being sucked in to the cleaner.
•
Minimum power for curtains and delicate items.
•
Medium power for cushions, pillows, mattresses and carpets.
•
Maximum power for tiled or wooden floors or for other strong, very dirty materials.
Warning:
Switch off the vacuum cleaner immediately if air openings, brushes or extension tubes are clogged.
Remove the obstruction before switching the vacuum cleaner on again.
Attachments
Telescopic tube (P)
Insert the extension tube onto the handle and then fit the required attachment.
Once the attachment has been fitted, it is possible to extend the telescopic tube using the slider
device (Fig. 4) to move it to the required length. Release the slider device to stop the tube in the
required position.
Floor / carpet brush (L)
For better preservation and protection of smooth flooring such as PVC, parquet or tiles, it is better
to use the brush.
It is also suitable for cleaning carpets, large areas and difficult corners to reach. The brush is
equipped with wheels to facilitate the gliding on all types of surfaces. Choose the desired protru-
sion of the bristles, depending on the type of surface to be cleaned, by acting on the selector at
the end of the brush on the appropriate symbol.
Narrow suction nozzle with brush (S)
This suction device is ideal for cleaning between the folds on fabrics, joints, corners or niches that
are impossible to reach using the floor cleaning device. This attachment can also be fitted directly
to the handle (I).
Small vacuum cleaner (Q)
Useful to remove the dust from books or delicate objects, as picture frames, etc.
Suitable for cleaning upholstered furniture, mattresses, pillows, curtains, etc.
This attachment may be applied directly to the handle (I).
