Use suggestions
The choice of the disk depends on the consistency of the food to mill.
Disk with small holes: Fruits with small seeds (e.g. blackberries, strawberries, grapes, etc.), pure-
es and babies food, creams, mashed potatoes or small legumes (lentils, green peas, etc.).
Disk with medium holes: Tomato or boiled vegetables puree, boiled fruits, boiled legumes.
Disk with large holes: Raw tomatoes cut in small pieces, raw ripe and soft fruits (e.g. bananas,
pears, peaches, etc.) cut in small pieces.
For an optimal performance, it is strongly recommended to mill already boiled food.
APPLIANCE CLEANING
Regular cleaning maintains the appliance efficient for a longer time.
Warning!
All cleaning operations described below must be carried out with the appliance switched
off and with the plug disconnected from the socket.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids
Warning!
Check the state of the power cable of your appliance on a regular basis before using it,
and if it is damaged, take it to the service centre closest to you to have it replaced only by
specialised personnel.
Never use solvents which may damage the plastic parts.
Let the appliance cool down. To unlock the handle from the bowl, pull back the release button
(H) of the handle and lift the handle (Fig. 6).
The bowl, the blade, the disks and the small spatula can be hand washed or put in the dishwa-
sher in the upper part (Fig. 7).
Clean the handle with a damp towel only.
Do not immerse it in water or other liquid as it contains electric parts.
If some stains remain on the bowl, clean it with vegetable oil (seeds or olive oil). Remove the oil
remaining with a piece of paper towel.
