INTENDED USE
The vegetable mill by Enkho is the new electric vegetable mill that enables you to puree, wi-
thout any effort, vegetables, legumes, fruits and other food.
The appliance consists of a handle and a bowl, a blade and three disks. One disk with small ho-
les, one with medium holes and one with large holes. The motor is in the appliance handle and
it can be easily attached to the bowl through a simple click.
The appliance should not be used to mill compact or hard food because it could compromise its
functioning. The materials of the appliance that are designed to enter in contact with food are
in compliance with the rules required by the EU directives.
Any other use of the appliance is not intended by the Manufacturer which disclaims all liability
for damages of any kind caused by improper use of the appliance itself.
Improper use also results in any form of warranty being forfeited.
