Temperature Regulation Test:
ONLY PERFORM THIS TASK WITH DUMMY
PAYLOAD. REAL PAYLOAD WILL BE
DAMAGED.
Insert temperature probe and test both operating
temperatures, allowing 24 hour stabilization after
each setting change.
Check that unit power
source is correct, or, if
on batteries, that they
have charge. If still
failing, initiate repair
WO for control
circuitry.
Test that side display numbers match measured
internal temp +/– 1°C.
Initiate repair WO for
control circuit.
Check that both side display indicator lamps
illuminate.
Initiate
replacement
WO for display circuit
board.
Check that both temperature setting indicator lamps
on the power panel illuminate.
Replace power panel
module and initiate
repair WO for old
panel.
Check continuity on all power cords. Test for shorts
between connectors. Any repaired cord must be re-
tested for correct pin polarity. All ground wires shall
not have more than 0.1 ohm resistance pin-to-pin.
Initiate repair WO for
failing cord.
