Using Ambient Air and Outside Air
A branched duct can be used to inflate air into the equipment. So you can get hot air in the summer, from
the outside, and hot air in the winter from an unheated room.

Do not use external grilles that may cause great lots of load, such as, mosquito/in-
sects grilles. When using grilles, they must allow a good airflow.

Ducts used to direct the airflow are not included in the equipment, and it is up to the
installer to install them, if necessary, to comply with the manufacturer’s recommen-
dations.
Diameter of pipes must be of 160 mm.
Each of the ducts (air inlet or outlet) should not exceed 8m in length, or the total
static loss of the installation should not exceed the static fan pressure (60Pa).
