5.5 Alarm set points/fault monitoring
The following addresses are only available if the unit is fitted
with the Alarm relay option, each of the alarm set points is
allocated an alarm relay output with a changeover contact
(SPDT). The relay is switched to a de-active state on alarm or
fault condition. A yellow LED on the unit front panel indicates
the relay condition in accordance with the NAMUR NE44
recommendation:
LED on when the relay is active; LED off when the relay is
de-active. The LC display option will indicate the type of alarm
set point infringement, exceeding the set point or undercutting
it will be displayed.
