Play / pause mode

 

1.  Press play/pause button(2) to start to play. The first track will be played and the playing track will show on the LCD 

display(15). 

2.  If play/pause button(2) was pressed during play mode, go to pause mode and the track number will be flashing.

Stop mode  

1.  If stop button(3) is pressed during play or pause mode, go to stop mode and the total number of tracks will be 

displayed.

Skip mode (skip up

/skip down

1.  During play or pause mode, if skip up button(4) was pressed it will go to next track and display the track number.     
2.  During play or pause mode, if skip down button(4) was pressed it will go back to the beginning of the track and the 

same track number is displayed. 

3.  Press skip down button(4) again to go to the previous track.

Repeat/random mode 

Press the rep/ran button(5) before or during play. A single track repeat or all tracks repeat and random mode can be 
selected. Each press will switch the mode as follows: 
 

(1) Repeat 1 

  (2) repeat all 

 (3) random 

  (4) repeat off

Program mode 

Up to 20 tacks can be programmed for disc playing. Be sure to press the stop button(3) before programming. 
1.  Set in CD mode. 
2.  Press the program button(6) and the “ PROG ” icon will flash on display. 
3.  Select a desired track by using the skip up/down buttons(4). 
4.  Press the program button(6) to enter the track into the memory. 
5.  Repeat steps 3 and 4 to enter additional tracks into the memory if desired. 
6.  When all the desired tracks have been programmed, press play/pause button(2) to play the disc in the order you 

have programmed. The program icon will light up during playback 

7.  Press stop button(3) to terminate program play. 

 

Listing to tape 

General operation 

Select the function selector(12) to 

“ Tape “

 position. 

Cassette playback 

: the system will start the playback automatically after inserting   

 

  a cassette tape 

 
Stop and eject     

: press the “tape forward/eject“ button (20) completely inward 

 and the cassette tape will be ejected though the cassette door cover (21). (See 

diagram below for button position to eject tape.) 

 
Fast forward 

: press the “tape forward/eject“ button (19) halfway inward during   

Playback mode to fast forward the tape. (See diagram below for button position 
(middle) to fast forward.)   

 

slightly press the “tape forward/eject “ button (19) again to resume normal playback.

NOTE: 

Make sure the direction is correct when inserting the tape into the system. 

During fast forward, some “searching” noise will be heard as the system is not performing its normal playback 
function during fast forward mode. 

It is recommended to take out the cassette tape from the system after listening. Do not leave the cassette tape 
inside the system when not in use.
