7. On the last cut, twist the cutters, and
using the blade as a claw pull open
and remove the outer sheath.
10. Crack open the central ring cut
section.
13. Window cut is now complete.
8. Using a scrap piece of assembly,
set the rotary stripper to a depth
approximately 2/3 way through the
inner sheath.
11. Use the screwdriver to locate a
ripcord. Use the ripcord to strip the
inner sheath to one of the outer ring
cut locations. Repeat the process in
the opposite direction.
9. Using the rotary stripper, ring cut the
inner sheath at locations indicated in
step 1.
12. The inner sheath can now be peeled
away.
