WINDOWS 2000 Computer Interface Setup
System Requirements:
Windows 2000, Ethernet
Connect computer to the modem jack with an
Ethernet Crossover Cable.
Left-click - StartMenu -> Settings -> Right-click Network and Dialup Connections -> Click
Open
Right click on the LAN connection in use.
Select “Properties”
Highlight “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)”, click on “Properties”
Select the “Use The Following IP address” radio button.
Enter the following:

IP address: 172.16.0.2 / Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 / Gateway 172.16.0.1
Click Ok.
Restart Machine.
