I'm having system problems, I get a lot of error messages.
Restart the device by holding down the POWER button for 10 seconds

If you have restarted the device and you are still getting error messages please check
open applications to see if there is an unknown application; if so, uninstall.
Your device may have a virus; please install a security application to protect your
device.
If you are still experiencing problems after trying the above solutions the firmware on
your device needs to be rebuilt (this operation is named 'flash'). Please note:

you flash the device please back it up. The flashing operation will return all the
settings and files to the factory defaults
