DC Voltage Measurement Function
While in Auto Check mode, press the "SELECT" button four times to switch to the DC
voltage measurement function. The screen will display the "
" symbol and the voltage
measurement unit.
Connect the test probes to the power source you wish to test.
The screen will show the measured value.
Note:
1. Measurement range: 0 to 600 V AC.
2. To prevent electric shock and damage to the device, do not connect the multimeter
to voltages higher than 600 V.
3. If the input voltage is ≥ 610 V, the built-in buzzer will beep and the screen will show "OL".
Resistance Measurement Function
While in Auto Check mode, press the "SELECT" button five times to switch to the resistance
measurement function. The screen will show the resistance measurement unit, MΩ. Connect
the test probes to the object you wish to test. Wait until the value on the screen stabilises.
Note:
1. When measuring values >1 MΩ, it may take a few seconds for the values on the
multimeter to stabilise. This is a normal occurrence when measuring high resistances.
2. When the testing probes are disconnected, the screen will display overload indi-
cation "OL".
3. Before making measurements, disconnect the power supply from the tested circuit
and discharge all its capacitors thoroughly.
Frequency Measurement Function
While in Auto Check mode, press the "SELECT" button six times to switch to the fre-
quency measurement function. The screen will show the frequency measurement unit,
Hz. Connect the testing probes to the source or circuit you wish to test. The screen will
display the measured value.
Note: Input voltage range: 1–20 V rms, measurement range: 1 Hz – 100 kHz.
Capacity Measurement Function
While in Auto Check mode, press the "SELECT" button seven times to switch to the
capacity measurement function. The screen will display the capacity measurement unit.
Thoroughly discharge the tested capacitor by short-circuiting its two conductors. Then,
connect the testing probes to the conductors. Wait until the value on the screen stabilises
and check the measured value.
Note:
1. Measurement range: 1 nF – 100 μF.
2. Since the multimeter measures capacity by measuring the charge and discharge time
of the capacitor, measuring higher capacities will take more time.
Automatic Switch-off
The multimeter switches off automatically if it is not used for ca fifteen minutes. The
built-in buzzer will beep several times approximately one minute before the multimeter
is about to switch off, and then beeps shortly before it switches off.
