4.3 Measuring

Select
the required unit of measurement,
°C or °F, from the user menu (chapter
3.2).
Position the measuring sensor.
Use the measuring sensor only as
intended so as to eliminate erroneous
measurements.
Wait until the measured value has
stabilised. The trend display shows
a d ow nw a rd p o i n t i n g t r i a n g l e fo r
decreasing (4) temperatures and an
upward-pointing triangle for increasing
(3) temperatures.
The trend display disappears once the
measurement value becomes stable.
Switch the device off with »ON/OFF«
when measurements are complete.
If special adjustment is activated „SCAL“
will be shown in display for a short
while.
