MODBUS Communication Activation
Once the configurations described item 3) have been
completed, to activate the MODBUS the following operations
must be performed:
a) If the Modbus Communication has been activated on
the Serial Port “COM Port 2” of the ECU (Serial Port
situated inside the ECU), no action is required as once
the ECU receives the new configuration it is activated
within a few seconds.
b) If the Modbus Communication has been activated on the
Serial Port “COM Port 1” of the ECU (Serial Port situated
on the front of the ECU), in order to activate the new
configuration move the Dip Switch 4 to the ON position.
