Note
To prevent damage of power cable, the cable entry hole is fitted with bushing for protection.
3.3 Installation Procedures
The Liebert.CRV+ air conditioner is used between racks, and at least one side of it is adjacent to server cabinet.
3.3.1 Leveling The Cabinet
After all components of the cabinet have been installed, you need to level the cabinet.
The procedures for leveling the cabinet are as follows:
1. Place the cabinet on an open ground.
2. Use a moveable wrench to loosen the fixing nuts on the four feet bolts (see Figure 3-8) clockwise in sequence.
3. Rotate the hexagon bolts on the bottom of the feet clockwise or counter clockwise till the feet rises or drops to an
optimal position, and use a gradienter to ensure that the cabinet is in a level state, as shown in Figure 3-8.

4. Screw down the fixing nuts on the feet bolts counter clockwise, and the leveling is finished.
If the machine room has mounting bracket, and its width does not exceed 30mm, you need to remove the feet and fix
the cabinet onto the mounting bracket.
3.3.2 Removing Feet And Fixing Cabinet
Note
To avoid personal injury and cabinet damage, two persons are required to perform the operation together.
1. Remove the feet:
1) Use a moveable wrench to loosen the fixing nuts on the four feet bolts clockwise in sequence.
2) Rotate the hexagon bolts on the bottom of the feet clockwise till the feet drops from the cabinet frames.
2. Fix the cabinet:
The cabinet provides two holes (diameter: 13.5mm) respectively on its top, bottom, front and rear, as shown in Figure
3-9. Install bolts in the four bottom holes to fix the cabinet onto the floor bracket of the machine room, and install bolts
in the four top holes to connect the cabinet with the top bracket of the machine room.
