5.1.2
Gas Supply Dehydrating Filter Maintenance (If Foreseen)
The gas supply filter is fitted with a mechanical filter and a drain valve to discharge
periodically the water generated by the condensation of the humidity inside the gas supply.
During the routine maintenance it is recommended to check and clean the mechanical
filter and replace it in case of heavy dirty conditions.
To disassemble the filter please consult technical documentation suitable for the
component, in general:
a.
Close the stop valve at the inlet of pressure supply line;
b.
discharge the pressure from the drain valve;
c.
remove the lover enclosure screws,
d.
remove the mechanical filter;
e.
clean or replace the filter
Reinstall all parts carefully paying attention to avoid any damage to the seals.
