USE
It is recommended to let food cool to room temperature before blending. Otherwise your hand blender could
overheat.
1.
Fit the blender shaft onto the power handle. Turn and lock.
2.
Choose one of the accessories for your intended use. Push it onto the drive stub of your hand blender; make
sure the drive pin on the stub fits firmly into the notch of the accessory.
3.
Plug in. Place the food into a beaker or a similar container. Hold the beaker steady, select the required speed
and then press the on/off switch. (Select a low speed for slower blending and to reduce splashing; select a
high speed or press the turbo button for faster blending.) You can also blend food directly in a cooking pot
or a saucepan as you like.
4.
To avoid splashing, place the hand blender in the food before switching on.
5.
Do not let the liquid get above the join between the power handle and the blender shaft.
6.
If your hand blender gets blocked, unplug it before cleaning.
7.
After use, unplug and dismantle.
Caution: do not release accessories with your own hands. Loose them with the help of the spanner. Fit the open
end of the spanner onto the drive stub of your hand blender; then pry.
