A: The signal between your Emberpulse® unit and your electricity meter is being interrupted.
Try the following:

Move your Emberpulse® unit closer to your electricity meter.
•
Check that there are no large metal objects between your Emberpulse® unit and your
electricity meter.
•
Check that a microwave oven is not between your Emberpulse® unit and your
electricity meter.
