• Child Lock
You can use this feature to lock the washing machine so that children cannot start it.
Press “Delay” and “Speed” simultaneously while a wash programme is running (the icon
will light up, and “START/PAUSE” and the programme selector will both be locked). The
only button that is not locked is “ON/OFF”.
Press the same two buttons simultaneously again to unlock the child lock (the icon light
will go out).
If the power to the washing machine is cut, the child lock will also be deactivated. NOTE!
The child lock remains active when the wash programme has finished.
• Turning off the buzzer
The washing machine has a buzzer warning feature that can be turned off. Press and hold
the “Temp” button for 3 seconds to turn the buzzer off (a beep indicates that the buzzer is
deactivated). To turn the buzzer back on, press the same button again for 3 seconds.
• Reducing foam
If too much detergent is used it increases the degree of foaming, which has a negative ef-
fect on washing results. The washing machine automatically monitors the amount of foam
and can trigger a feature that reduces the degree of foaming.
