Support Bar
Depending on the size of your screen, you may require a middle support
bar. After you have put on the Black Backing, slide the support bar in the
groove between the two horizontal frame pieces.

With one end of the bar in place, have someone on the other side hold the
screen in place. Pull the frame just enough to get the support bar in place.
The tension of the screen material will keep the support bar in place.
Take caution when handling the support bar as the edge may be
sharp and can puncture the screen material if handled improperly.

Velvet Cover

Join 2 of the short velvet covers to make one long piece by inserting the
Outer Joint Brackets between them. Repeat with the remaining 2 short
velvet covers.

Align the velvet covers together and place the Outer Joint Cover on top of
the holes. Screw the Outer Joint Cover in place when the gap between the
2 pieces is less than 1 mm.
Make sure there are no gaps
greater than 1mm within the
two pieces and then secure
the screws on the frames.
