Installation Guide

Thank you for placing your trust in this ELSA product.
This Installation Guide is designed to help you to start using your ELSA ISDN
terminal adapter
ELSA TanGo 1000
in the shortest possible time and provides a
brief description of the installation under the operating systems Windows
®
95 and
Windows NT
®
4.0. If you require more information than that provided here, refer to
the manual or the electronic documentation on the CD.
Installing ISDN terminal adapters under the operating systems DOS, Windows
®
3.1x,
OS/2 and Unix does not involve any special set-up routine. The ISDN terminal
adapter is ready for operation after connection to your computer's serial interface.
The terminal adapter is intended for the basic connection of the ISDN network.
Connection takes place using the RJ45/RJ11 connection cable supplied.
You should only use the AC power adapter supplied with your modem!
For safety reasons you should avoid using any power supply except for the one
supplied with your modem.
