Installation under Windows NT
®
4.0
This procedure describes how you install your ISDN terminal adapter under
Windows NT 4.0.
a
After connecting the ISDN terminal adapter, restart your computer.

Use your mouse to follow the command sequence

Settings
,
Control
Panel
,
Modems
. In the dialog window "Install New modem", click on
Next
to
start the modem identification. The
ELSA TanGo 1000
will initially be
identified as standard modem.

Click on
Change
to select the ISDN terminal adapter. The "Install New
Modem" window will be displayed.

Now click on "Diskette" in the "Install new modem" window.

Click on
Browse
and access the directory
\Driver\Winnt40
on the supplied
CD, select
Open
and then confirm with
OK
.

In the dialog window "Install New Modem", select the ISDN terminal adapter
ELSA TanGo 1000
, confirm with
OK
and then click on
Next
.

Click on
Finish
to close the installation.
The
ELSA TanGo 1000
can now be operated from Windows NT 4.0. The software
components of Windows NT 4.0, such as HyperTerminal and Dial-up Network, can
make direct use of the ISDN terminal adapter.
