5.
Place the 1TRACK unit on
the Offender’s leg, just
above the ankle bone.
6.
Wrap the strap around the
Offender’s leg and
determine the point on the
strap that lines up with the
corresponding bracket while
leaving approximately ¼
inch (6 mm) of space
between the Offender’s leg
and the strap.
7.
Using the strap cutter, cut
the strap at the point
determined in step
6. Wipe
off any fiber optic cable
residue left on the strap
after the cut is complete.
