End video recording.
When the frame rate set value is at 25 frames/sec or 15 frames/sec, the Record Preview screen will be displayed at 12.5
frames/sec. However, the file is recorded at the record frame rate set value.

When the power supply to this system is OFF and [REC] is held down, one-push recording can be started.
