Base Station Terminals
1
Terminal for plug-in power unit (number 2430)
2
serial port (RS232 / V.24) for base station for programming the base station using
software tools, or for connection to an elmeg PABX system for caller ID (CLIP)
3
16-pin terminal strip for 8 analog ports (terminal 0 on the right, next to the serial port)
Connect the individual wires of the installation cable to the terminals (K3). To do this,
use a suitable screwdriver to press the contact springs (K1 or K2) down and insert
the wires of the installation cable (stripped over a length of around 7 mm) into the ter-
minal block. Gently pull on the cable to ensure that the connections are secure.
