2) Connect the Cable Tester to the one end of the cable and press the button.
3) The number on the display will be number of the Cable identifier on other end of the
cable; identifying cable location.
To reduce wear on the Tester connector, leave the patch cable connected the Cable
Tester and use the patch cable to connect to the cable under test.

7. Maintenance
A. Cleaning:
Periodically wipe the case with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Do not use abrasives or solvents. Clean and dry as required.
B. Battery replacement :
When the alphanumeric LED shows “Lo”, this means that the battery has no
sufficient power to support an accurate test. Replace the old battery with new
alkaline 9V battery.
