5.4 Pad usage counter function
Pad usage counter to know when to exchange each pad is displayed on the LEDs.
Check each counter before operation, and exchange pad for the new one if necessary.
After exchanging pad, be sure to reset corresponding counter.
<How to check counter>
Press “ST1-5” button with Front door open, pad usage counter corresponding the button pressed is
displayed. Repair process number (“1.”-“5.”) is displayed on the left side of ST LED, and the counter
value (0-999) on the right side of ST LED and TIME LED. Indications on LEDs are reset to “0” after
pressing same button again or pressing “STOP” button.
<How to reset counter>
On the operation above, press again and hold the same button more than 3 seconds with pad usage
counter is displayed, corresponding counter value is reset to “0”.
Repair process number
(“1.”-“5.”) is displayed on the
left side of ST LED.
Pad usage counter (0-999)
is displayed on the right side
of ST LED and TIME LED.
