3.5 SYSTEM START-UP
Once the electrical connections have been carried out, it is possible to power supply and activate the control panel as
follows:
•
Connect the battery terminals
•
Close the plastic front side of the control panel
•
Provide mains supply
•
Wait for a few minutes to let the detectors perform the auto calibration
•
Perform the functional test of the system and the devices
3.5.1 Functional test
Verify the circuits
•
When a device is removed, the control panel must signal the opening of the circuit by activating the buzzer
and turning on the fault indicator of the corresponding zone.
If there are fault indications, check that:
•
The circuit is not in short circuit
•
The polarity of the circuit and the devices is correct
•
The devices installed do not have excessive consumption
•
The end of line resistor has been connected
