11.

Allow the Flip Bundt Cake Maker to bake undisturbed for 13 to 15 minutes, according to recipe

directions. The green READY light will cycle on and off as the unit maintains baking

temperature.

12.

Wearing oven mitts, wipe the outside clean with a clean paper towel or cleaning cloth if

necessary.

IMPORTANT: Recipes may vary in bake time and brownness; lighter batters with more sugar

will brown quicker. Note the perfect bake times for each batter recipe for future use.

13.

At the end of the bake time, rotate unit 180° (so that it is right side up again). Unfold handle

and lift the top lid. Test the cake for doneness by inserting a wooden toothpick 1 inch from the

edge. The cake is done when the toothpick comes out clean. If not, rotate the bundt cake

upside down again and continue baking for 1 minute before testing again.

14.

Use the cake tray’s side handles to lift the bundt cake effortlessly out of the lower plate. Slide

the cake out from between the handles and onto a cooling rack.

NOTE: If additional cakes are to be baked, replace the cleaned movable cake tray and keep the

Flip Bundt Cake Maker lid closed to retain heat. Always wait until the green light is illuminated

before adding fresh batter.

15.

When baking is complete, after cake has been removed, unplug the power cord from electric

outlet and allow unit to cool.

16.

Do not clean until unit has been fully cooled.
