N.B. Roof corner bars are marked ‘R’ on the outside, which indicates that they meet at the ridge. 
They are also mitred at both ends. 
If you have a painted greenhouse there is no letter ‘R’ on the corner bar. You

 ensure that the 

‘middle’ hole is nearer to the ridge plate than the eaves plate.
