STEP 3
Attach the Seat (66) onto the Rowing Rail (2).
STEP 2
For your convenience, the Velcro style adjustable Footplate Straps (44 L/R) are pre-fitted to the
Footplates (43 L/R) in the lower of the 2 positioning options. Slide the Footplate Crossbar (45) into
the Main Frame(1) then followed by Footplates (43L/R), securing in place with Washer (42) and
R-Clip at Both ends.
