For your information:

The procedure to start the engine may vary per brand. Read the engine manual 
about this in Chapter 'General' in §6. The main machine parts are shown in 
various versions.

9.5 Stopping the engine

PUSHING THE EMERGENCY STOP BRACKET BACKWARDS 

= ENGINE OFF

 •  To stop the engine, switch the throttle or turn the knob into the “OFF” position.
•  The machine can also be stopped by pushing the emergency stop bracket backwards.
•  If the machine is equipped with a fuel tap, close it.

Caution:

As long as the engine has come to a full stop after turning it off, the blades will 
continue to turn. Do not perform any maintenance work before they have come 
to a halt.
