9 Maintenance and troubleshooting
9.1 Before technician or service agent
EDC-2600 is not turning on
Check if power cable connects to the main body, and if green LED light is at adapter is
on. Contact technician or service agent if the light is off.
If the EDC-2600 is off still though power cable is connected and green light is on,
unplug the power cable and wait until light is off. Re-connect the power cable, and
press the power switch. Call technician or service agent if the EDC-2600 is still off.
Remote control does not work.
Replace the batteries (two1.5V AA size batteries)
Clean the receiver on the main body and the transmitter on the remote control.
If the remote control still does not work, contact technician or service agent.
9.2 Cleaning instrument
Exterior
This instrument must clean. DO NOT clean it with flammables, such as thinner and
benezene.
Wipe with a clean cloth lightly dampened with mild soap water.
Sceen
Wipe with a dry cloth with glass cleaner. DO NOT use inflammables, such as thinner
and benezene.
9.3 Moving instrument to other place
Turn off the power
Unplug the power cable
