9.5 Hydraulic pump unit for rotor drive 114150
The hydraulic pump unit for the rotor
drive consist of a tank, a gearbox with an
hydraulic pump as well as necessary
valves.
The unit is mounted as in fig. At A there
is already provided holes for the
mounting bolts in the attachment frame.
The U-bolts B support the top part.
The return hose 4 from the hydraulic
motors are connected to the fitting 4 on
the return oil filter unit, the pressure pine
3 for the motors are correspondingly
mounted to the fitting 3 on the valve unit.
The speed regulation is done by the valve
C (hand wheel or screw), or by adjusting
the PTO speed.
NOTE !!! The piston side (=not
pressurized side) of the single acting
lift/HydroBalance cylinders are also
connected to the return oil hose in order
to keep these cylinders well lubricated.
As the original return oil hose will be
connected to the fitting 4 of the return
filter, a new return hose to tractor free
return is delivered in the kit 114150. See
attachment I below how to connect this.

Hydraulic scheme A shows the
original connection.

Hydraulic scheme B shows the modified return oil connection if the rake is equipped with the
hydraulic pump unit.

Hydraulic scheme C shows the same for rakes also equipped with S-Kit (Nr 114122).
Max 540 rpm on the PTO !!!
Do not use higher PTO speed than necessary to obtain wanted rotor speed. High PTO speed
increase un-necessary the heating of the oil.
Be careful to keep the telescope profiles of the drive shaft undamaged and well lubricated.
Jamming telescope profiles will rapidly damage the drive shaft!
