9.4 Rake basket holding valve kit
Order Nr. 114125
The rake basket holding valve kit make it possible to use the baskets individually. It is particular
useful to;
- reposition a single short swath
(A),
to be able to join it with the next pass, and so reduce
driving damages of an heavy harvesting machine.
- reposition a swath away from the fence or from the ditch, more into the central part of the field.
- flytta strängar från fältkanten (dikesrenen) längre in på fältet.
- turn around swaths after rain.
9.5.1 Mounting
The holding valve kit, to allow for
individual use of the baskets, consist of
Two electrically operated check valves
(1,2) and their control unit (3).
Ensure before mounting, that the baskets
are in transport position and that the
suspension pressure is 0 bar.
Dismantle the hydraulic hoses of the
basket cylinders from the valve block.
Mount the electrical check valves
according the fig. between the hoses and
the valve block.
Mount the 7 pole connector (4) of the kit
to the hitch triangle of the V-Twin.
Mount the holder for the control unit on
a suitable place in the tractor cabin.
