The "self rent" feature is not available .
Make sure that Rental: Free is the selected rental service level.
The only channels being received are 2 to 13. Check the Channel Map for the
currently selected Service Level and add additional channels if desired. Check
that the TV is currently set properly to receive the TV signals being supplied to it.
The channel display will say AIR or CABLE next to the channel number display
when a channel number is displayed. If the displayed setting is not the same as
the signals provided on the input to the TV the TV must be re programmed (see
Auto Scan).
The sound is too low and the VOL+ doesn’t make it loud enough. Check the
Volume Limit. If it is lower than 100, raise the limit (seeSETUP MENU - SOUND -
VOLUME LIMIT to make this change).
When I rent the Basic Paid Service Level, the patient is unable to receive the
channels included in the Free Service Level.
Each Service Level has an associated Channel Map. Each Channel Map is
independent of all others . The channels in lower channel maps are not
automatically available in in the higher number maps. If it is desired to have the
Basic Paid Service Level tune all the channel in the Free Service Level in addition
to new ones then the channels which are in the Channel Map assigned to the
Free Service Level must be put into the Channel Map assigned to the Basic Paid
Service Level. See SETUP MENU-CHANNEL SETUP - ASSIGN CHANNEL
MAPS to find the Channel Map assigned to the Basic Paid Service Level then see
SETUP MENU-CHANNEL-SETUP-ADD/DELETE CHANNELS to Add the desired
channels to the Channel Map assigned to the Basic Paid Service Level.
