La Administración de Clasificación y Calificación (“CARA”, por sus siglas en inglés) publica las
clasificaciones para los largometrajes que se exhiben y distribuyen al público de manera comercial
en los Estados Unidos y su objetivo consiste en brindar a los padres la información relacionada
con el contenido de esos largometrajes a fin de ayudarlos a determinar la adecuación de una
película en particular para ser vista por sus hijos. La CARA clasificará todos los largometrajes en
cualquier momento antes o después de que se exhiba o distribuya en los Estados Unidos.
