THROTTLE WIRE
WARNING
After fitting up the handle make sure that the throttle cable is put in the throttle lever.if
not,it is very dangerous because the engine rotate after releasing the throttle lever.
ADJUSTING THE THROTTLE CABLE
6. If the play is short or long, take off the air cleaner cover, loosen the lock nut and adjust the play.
INSTALLING THE MYLON CUTTER
NOTE: The protective cover must always be installed.

Correctly place the internal support and the external support on the drive
shaft.
▪
Screw the supplied bolt (left m8) into the drive shaft and tighten using the
open-end wrench.
▪
Screw the nylon line cutting head onto the bolt fixing the internal support
with the L-shaped bar and tighten it manually.
NOTE: Tighten the bolts and washers that hold the blade securely so as not to lose them.
NOTE: Save the screws and washers - for installing the blade carefully - so they will not be lost.

INSTALLING THE METAL BLADE
NOTE: The protective cover must always be installed.
CAUTION: NEVER operate the machine with a warped blade, chipped or missing teeth. A damaged blade
must be replaced immediately
CAUTION: Always wear heavy duty work gloves when handling and installing a blade.
Blade assembly 3 teeth / 8 teeth / 40 teeth (for brushing)
Warning -
sharp edges; wear gloves when handling the blade.
- Insert a metal locking tool into the hole on the side of the drive
sprocket and on the drive.
- Remove the retaining nut, the cover bell and the plate.
- Install in the following order, on the shaft: the blade, the plate, the
cover bell.
- Screw with the retaining nut.
- Remove the metal locking tool

STOP THE ENGINE IMMEDIATELY!
Excessive vibration of the blade means it is not properly installed, immediately stop the engine and check
the blade. An improperly installed blade results in injury.
