Op ening a n exis ting vis ua l field d a ta b a s e

To view records from a different database:

Click

on the Utilities toolbar.

Select the drive, directory and database from the drop-down menus.

Click

Once a database is opened you will be able to perform all the other utility routines, e.g. copy,
merge edit.

When you exit the Utilities program the Henson software will revert back to the database
defined within your

Options

file.
