INSTALLATION

This aerial is intended for use with analogue and digital

television receivers in Band IV and Band V (470 MHz to 860

MHz). It is a wideband aerial, so can be used whenever Group

A, Group B, Group CD, or Group W aerials are specified. It

can be used where the signal strength is medium or strong.

It is also suitable for use with DAB radio (Band III, 174 MHz to

230 MHz), but not FM radio (Band II, 88 − 108 MHz)

Arrange the aerial so that it points to the nearest transmitter.

You can find the location of your nearest transmitter at

http://www.ukfree.tv/transmitter.php

Connect the aerial to the television or radio by plugging the

lead provided into the "aerial" socket.

If there is an obstruction in the direction of the transmitter,

then pointing the aerial slightly to one side of the obstruction

may result in improved reception.
