increases or decreases
during programme execu‐
tion.
The SensiCare function is able to adjust the pro‐
gramme duration according to the type and the laun‐
dry load size. Refer to "The SensiCare load detection
in 'Daily Use' chapter.
The washing results are
not satisfactory.
• Increase the detergent quantity or use a different
detergent.
• Use special products to remove the stubborn
stains before you wash the laundry.
• Make sure that you set the correct temperature.
• Decrease the laundry load.
After a steam programme,
garments are partially wet.
Make sure that the appliance is accurately levelled.
Adjust the appliance by raising or lowering the feet.
The drum is empty and the
display shows there is
some weight in.
Press button On/Off to deactivate the appliance and
activate it again to set a tare.
The drum is full but the
display shows
kg.
You loaded the laundry before activating the appli‐
ance. Press button On/Off to deactivate the appliance.
Empty the drum and obey to the necessary steps.

The appliance does not
dry or does not dry cor‐
rectly.
• Make sure the air filters are not clogged. Check
primary and secondary air filters.
• Make sure the drain filter is not clogged.
• Make sure you have set the correct cycle. If neces‐
sary, set a short drying time again.
The drying cycle is too
long.
• Make sure the air filters are properly cleaned.
• Make sure your laundry load does not exceed the
declared load for the set programme.
• Make sure that the room temperature is in the cor‐
rect range.
The laundry is full of differ‐
ent colours fluff.
• Run the special cleaning programme CLE to re‐
move the fluff (for more details refer to 'Fluff in the
fabrics' ).
• Clean the laundry with a fluff remover.
After the check, activate the appliance. The programme continues from the point of
interruption.
If the problem occurs again, contact the Authorised Service Centre.
If the display shows other alarm codes. Deactivate and activate the appliance. If the
problem continues, contact the Authorised Service Centre.
16.3 Emergency door opening
In case of power failure or functioning
failure the appliance door remains
locked. The washing programme
continues when the power is restored. If
the door remains locked in case of
failure, it is possible to open it using the
emergency unlock function.
