Installation instructions
General
The dishwasher is delivered ready for connection, i.e.,
with connecting cable, drain hose and feed hose with
fitted sieve and seal.
The installation is carried out to the connections provi-
ded in the neighbouring cupboard (not directly behind
the unit).
The regulations of the local water and electricity com-
panies must be complied with!
Do not dismantle the unit! The installed water-
softener contains water, which can escape.
Water Installation
Water supply
-
The unit may be connected to both cold and hot
water (max. 65
°
C) supplies.
-
Water pressure: 1 - 10 bar
-
A shut-off device with a 3/4” connection must be
provided on-site.
-
The supply hose consists of high-quality plastic
with sufficient resistance to pressure and kinking.
-
On the connection side, a sieve to remove impuri-
ties from the supply network and a rubber seal are
installed.
When making the connection, ensure that the
sieve and the seal are correctly positioned!
No water must escape from the fitting after the
shut-of f device has been opened!
For hot water connections in particular, the fit-
tings must be lightly re-tightened (without the
use of force!) after a few minutes of operation,
when the connection has warmed up suffi-
ciently.
Drain
-
The flexible drain hose must be laid so as to avoid
kinking.
-
The connection is carried out at the sink trap of the
sink drain located in the neighbouring cupboard.
-
The unit is fitted with a device to prevent water
being sucked back, which permits the installation
height of the unit to be outside the sink trap level.
-
The highest point of the drain hose should never be
exceed the unit height.
