Application
True Fan Cooking
To bake maximum on 3 shelf positions at
the same time and to dry food. Set the tem-
perature 20 - 40 °C lower than for Conven-
tional Cooking .
Pizza Setting
To bake food on 1 shelf position for a more
intensive browning and a crispy bottom. Set
the temperature 20 - 40 °C lower than for
Conventional Cooking .
Moist Fan Baking
For energy-saving baking and cooking of
mainly dry bakery items as well as for bak-
ing in tins on one shelf position.
Conventional Cooking
To bake and roast on 1 shelf position.
Grilling
To grill flat food items. To toast bread.
Fast Grilling
To grill flat food in large quantities. To toast
bread.
Turbo Grilling
To roast larger meat joints or poultry with
bones on one shelf position. Also to grati-
nate and to brown.
Bottom Heat
For baking cakes with crispy or crusty bot-
toms and to preserve food.
Slow Cook
For preparing especially tender, succulent
roasts.
Steam Regenerating
To reheat your already cooked food directly
on a plate.
